Booking Conditions:

A non-refundable deposit is required of the cost of your first nights booking for each room booked. All Major credit cards accepted except American Express and Diners.
Bookings are usually a minimum of two nights stay, however sometimes we can accommodate a single nights booking.
Cancellations:
Every effort is made to re-let your room should you cancel.
If we are able to re-let your room for the full period of your stay we will refund your deposit less a small charge of £5.00 to cover costs of banking charges.
Cancellations, non arrivals or early departures will incur a charge of 50% of your stay.
This will be charged to the card used when booking your accommodation.
We strongly recommend you purchase a cancellation insurance which will give you peace of mind should you have to cancel your holiday.
Our accommodation is unsuitable for children or pets.
We are strictly a non-smoking accommodation.
We can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property, including vehicles parked on our drive, howsoever caused.
We ask guests please to confirm a time of arrival. The preferred time is between 2.00pm - 4.00pm.
This can be flexible if previously arranged. We request that on the day of departure you vacate your room by 10.00pm.
Please note: we do not usually accept arrivals after 9.00pm.
Room Rates 2008:
The Oyster Room = £82 per room per night for Bed and Breakfast.
The Driftwood Room = £82 per room per night for Bed and Breakfast.
